Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds through PayPal because PayPal restrictions prevent our third-party payment processor from processing refunds for our business category. Attempting a PayPal refund may also result in restrictions being placed on the recipient’s account.
Refunds are therefore issued in Bitcoin. To request one, email your Bitcoin wallet address and order details to [email protected]. If you do not have a Bitcoin wallet, follow our guide to create one.
For your security, only share your public Bitcoin wallet address. Never share your password, private key, or recovery phrase. Refunds are subject to approval.
