- Country of manufacture
- Batch or lot number

- Product strength and active ingredient
Generic medicines are intended to contain the same active ingredient and strength as their reference products. However, inactive ingredients, appearance, formulation, manufacturing site and regulatory approval may differ. Equivalent quality, potency and clinical performance should only be claimed when supported by product-specific regulatory evidence.
