We recognise the value of our clients’ privacy, thus we package the products in a discrete manner in a padded envelope to prevent contamination.
To prevent drawing unwanted attention to the contents, we put them in normal-looking packages with plain labelling. Only personal healthcare supplements are mentioned.
This works most of the time and almost all packages pass through without a hitch and for the rarest unfortunate cases we will reship the package for you.
To avoid any complications at customs and to limit the chances of entire shipments being intercepted and destroyed, we break bulk orders into many parcels and ship them individually every 5 – 7 days.
