Orders are sent in plain, protective outer packaging without promotional branding that identifies the contents to people handling or seeing the parcel. Products remain in their original labelled blister packs or manufacturer packaging and are protected against damage during transit.
The shipping label includes only the information required for delivery. Any customs declaration will accurately describe the contents and value as required by law. Discreet packaging does not guarantee that customs will not inspect, delay or seize a shipment.
An order may arrive in more than one parcel for stock, weight or fulfilment reasons. If this happens, each shipment should have its own tracking information. Refund and reshipment eligibility depends on the destination and shipping option selected.
