If the amount on your bank statement is higher than your order total, the difference may be a foreign-transaction fee, currency-conversion charge or exchange-rate adjustment applied by your card issuer. Card payments may be processed internationally, and some banks charge an additional fee, often around 2–5%. These bank-imposed fees are not received by us or our payment provider.
Please compare the amount in your order confirmation with the original transaction amount on your statement. Your bank can confirm whether the difference is a foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee.
Before trying another payment, make sure international online transactions are enabled on your card and ask your bank about any applicable fees. Enabling international transactions does not remove the fees unless your bank agrees to waive them.
We normally send a payment-confirmation email within 24 hours after the payment is approved. If the original transaction amount itself is incorrect, or you see duplicate completed charges, contact our support team with your order number, transaction date and charged amount.
