We currently offer Express Shipping as the standard delivery method for all orders. Depending on the dispatch location and destination, parcels may be handled by Singapore Post, India Post, Swiss Post or a local delivery partner.
The current estimated delivery time is approximately 7–30 days from dispatch. Customs processing, carrier handovers, route disruptions and flight cancellations may cause some shipments to take longer. Tracking may also take several business days to become active.
