A tracking number may be created before the carrier completes its first physical scan. Until that happens, the tracking page may display “Unknown,” “Pending,” “Not Found,” “Pre-shipment” or “Tracking does not exist.”
Tracking generally becomes active within 5–7 business days. Delays may occur while the parcel is awaiting carrier collection, undergoing export processing or being transferred between postal services.
International shipments sometimes receive limited scans, particularly during route disruptions or carrier backlogs. In these cases, the next update may not appear until the parcel reaches the destination country or is accepted by the local postal service.
If the tracking number remains inactive after seven business days, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.
