First, open the complete tracking history and check the exact wording of the latest update. Messages such as “Transport leg completed,” “Delivered to destination country” or “Delivered to local carrier” usually mean the parcel has reached another stage of transit, not your address.
If the status says it was delivered to you:
- Check your mailbox, reception desk, parcel locker and any designated safe place.
- Ask household members, neighbours or building staff whether they accepted it.
- Contact the local carrier with the tracking number and request the delivery time, location and proof of delivery.
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
