Review the exact wording in the complete tracking history. Updates such as “Transport leg completed,” “Arrived in destination country” or “Delivered to local carrier” usually describe a stage of international transit and do not mean the parcel was delivered to your address.
If tracking says “Delivered to address,” “Left at door” or “Received by recipient”:
- Check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker, reception desk and other safe locations.
- Ask household members, neighbours and building staff if they accepted it.
- Contact the local postal service with the tracking number and request the delivery location, time and proof of delivery.
- Confirm that the address shown on your order is correct.
If the carrier cannot locate the parcel or confirms misdelivery, email [email protected] with your order number, tracking number and the carrier’s written response. Support will review whether the order qualifies for a refund or reshipment under the applicable delivery terms.
