If delivery was attempted
Contact the local carrier immediately to arrange redelivery or collection. Depending on your country, this may be USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post or another postal service. Use the carrier’s official website or visit the local post office with your tracking number and identification.
Carriers only hold undelivered parcels for a limited period, which varies by service. If you do not arrange collection or redelivery before the deadline, the package may be returned to the sender. A missed delivery caused by customer unavailability may not qualify for a free reshipment.
If the package appears lost
An inactive tracking number or statuses such as “Item bagged,” “Pre-shipment” or “Tracking details not found” do not necessarily mean the parcel is lost. Tracking can take 3–7 business days to activate and may remain unchanged during international transit.
Allow the full estimated delivery period for your shipping method. If the carrier officially confirms that the parcel was lost or returned because of a delivery-partner error, email [email protected] with your order number, tracking number and the carrier’s written confirmation. Support will review the order’s eligibility for a free reshipment or refund.
