If delivery was attempted but you could not receive it for any reason then please visit the website of your local postal service provider, such as USPS, Royal Mail, or Australia Post, as soon as possible to make a delivery arrangement or to ask any questions about the delivery procedure. You can schedule a redelivery using the USPS website’s Schedule a Redelivery function or by contacting 800-ASK-USPS, or you can pick up the item from your nearest Post Office yourself. Your package will be returned to the sender if it is not claimed within 5 days. It is suggested to visit the nearest post office directly to collect the package.
Lost Package
If the package is lost by the error of our delivery partners which is an extremely rare case and if the courier partner agrees officially to have misplaced your package then we will reship your order.
But if your tracking shows no information or says ‘tracking details not found in the carrier’s system’ or ‘item bagged,’ or if it does not update for a while then it doesn’t imply your parcel is lost. The tracking may not update until the package reaches the recipient’s country. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking to become available. At the moment, a delivery takes anything from 15 to 30 days. So you are requested to allow that time before claiming for a reshipment.
