If your order is still showing as ‘processing’ and not ‘completed’ after 72 hours on our website, please check your bank statement first to ensure that your card has not been charged. If your card has not been charged (which is most likely the case to happen), your payment must have been declined by our processor, and we recommend that you check your spam because our support must have sent you an email requesting that you submit your payment again mentioning the exact reason for the declined transaction.
